Our pieces are delicate and one-of-a-kind. We don’t offer exchanges or returns, unless the product has a manufacturing fault or it doesn’t match your order.
If something isn’t right with your order, you have up to 48 hours from the moment you receive it to contact us by email or DM. Please include photos so we can see what happened.
• Once your claim is approved, you’ll have 3 business days to send the piece back.
• Return shipping is at your expense, but once we receive it we’ll reimburse that cost (refund takes 1–5 business days).
• Please share the shipping receipt and tracking number so we can follow the package.
